Projektbeschreibung:
Systematic analysis of national and international literature is of particular importance for the substantiated planning of research projects within "Mental Health/cognitive capacities".
The intended projects are focused on the following three topics:
- Influence of psychological load during work on the development of psychic disorders (DSMs-IV or ICD-10) including burnout-syndrom
- Relation between psychological load/stress and cognitive capacities/cognitive impairements
- Influence of work-related and individual resources on positive aspects of mental health (i.e. well-being, engagement/motivation, work satisfaction)
