Projektbeschreibung:
The basis for scientific policy advice and the development of future research and development questions is a systematic surveillance of the changing world of work. The BIBB/BAuA employment survey is such a monitoring instrument. After having made several analyses concerning measurement quality criteria, the aim of this study is to assess the concurrent validity of the BIBB/BAuA employment survey. To achieve this aim, the relations between expert ratings, results of objective measures and the employees' evaluations are appraised.
