Projektbeschreibung:

Psychometric properties of instruments for measuring work ability (WAI) and vitality (biological age) will be analysed in this study. The dependency of WAI on indicators such as demographic variables, vitality parameters, relaxation ability and further potential predictors will be studied. Furthermore, we will investigate predictors of the discrepancy between calendar and biological age. Data for this study were pooled from three studies conducted with identical instruments (WAI, measuring station of vitality, ERI, relaxation inability) in different occupational groups.
